BIOTOPIA founding director delivers keynote at ICOM Bodensee Symposium

On May 12, BIOTOPIA founding director Prof. Dr. Michael John Gorman delivered a keynote to 150 museum professionals from Germany, Austria and Switzerland at the 17th ICOM Bodensee Symposium "Inspiration for a Sustainable Future", on the topic of “Designing a Museum for the Age of Extinction”.

Within the framework of the symposium, highly topical issues were discussed: How do museums deal with sustainability, environmental and climate protection or social changes? And how are they perceived in a time of upheaval - between pandemic and climate crisis?
